Is renters insurance required?
Renters insurance is requested but not required. We recommend having insurance to all our renters to help during any unforeseen circumstances.

Is early lease termination allowed?
Early lease termination is not allowed. If for some reason you are unable to complete your lease, the primary renter is responsible for finding a new tenant to complete the lease. The leasing office is here to help, please reach out if you need assistance finding a sublet.

Can I sublet my unit?
Yes. You are allowed to sublet your unit if you are unable to complete your lease. Your sublet will need to complete an application, clear a background check, and be approved by the leasing office.

What is the pet policy?
Small dogs and cats under 25lbs are permitted with the landlord’s approval. There is an additional $500 pet deposit and $50 monthly fee per pet.

What is the parking situation on the property?
Parking is available at all the units. If there is a garage parking spot available for the property, it can be rented for an additional cost per month. Off-street, outdoor parking can also be rented for an additional cost per month.

How will I pay for utilities?
Each unit is responsible for paying their own electric/gas, internet, and cable. Water and sewer are billed quarterly for each units’ share.

Is there laundry on site?
There are laundry machines provided at the majority of our properties. However, you are able to put in machines with maintenance approval if machines are not provided at the property.

What is the maintenance request process?
Maintenance requests should be submitted by email. Our maintenance page provides the contact information for our maintenance staff. If there is an emergent issue during or after office hours, please attempt contact by phone to both maintenance and the landlord.
